VICE, Betty In St. Vincent Hospital in Brockville on Sunday, April 18, 1993. Betty Melvin, of Brockville, formerly of Winchester, in her 76th year, beloved wife of Robert W. Vice. Dear mother of C. Melvin (Linda) of Brockville, R. Wayne (Susan) of Winchester, Randy (Gay) of Coral Springs. Florida. Loved by grandchildren Eric, Tanya and Jeremy. Daughter of the late Hart and Hattie Melvin. Sister of Eileen Elliott and Jean Slater, both of Ottawa and David Melvin of London. Predeceased by sister Eleanore Melvin. Resting at J R. Vice Funeral Home Inc., 505 Church Street, Winchester, where family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and where service will be held on Wednesday, April 21st, at 1:30 p.m. Interment Maple Ridge Cemetery. 5
