Cynthia Lawless Simmons, Greenville Cynthia Broome Lawless Simmons, 44, of 2820 Arbor Woods Drive, Alpharetta, Ga., formerly of Greenville, died Saturday at her home.
She was a marketing representative for Georgia Pacific in Atlanta, and formerly had been director of account services for ATS Personnel in Greenville.
She was a member of Mount Pisgah United Methodist Church in Alpharetta and former member of Eastlan Baptist Church in Greenville. She had served on the PTA Board, taught Sunday School, and served on several committees at Eastlan Baptist Church including the Decorating Committee for the new sanctuary.
Surviving are her husband, Kenneth Cranford Simmons; a daughter Erin Mackenzie Lawless of the home; a son, Martin Matthew Lawless of the home; parents, Thomas E. and Geneva Ellison Broome of Greenville; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Tommy and Diane Broome of Greenville and Robbin and Sharon Broome of Easley; maternal grandmother, Pearl Ellison of Williamston; and two nieces and two nephews.
